Looking back on the past thru all the things I’ve done
I’ve written my whole life, many of my flaws seem right.
The dewy morning air inspires my desire
To cure my unhealed scars; new meaning to my life.

Like the Moody Blues, they brought joy thru music.
It was great. My soulmates, Such good music never dies.
Music way back then was the real thing

And young people tried to find a new way
Making love not war to the Beatles' rhythm
It’s unkind. (But) I don't mind if it all fell down to pieces.
We were all so happy, we all felt like friends
Who could have imagined how soon it would end?
All those bands, their music, whether pop or soul,

It’s the warmth and the sweetness from Mother Earth
It’s the wind, and the sunshine, and the morning rain. Use your beauty and your fragrance to make the Earth a better place!
A gentle princess takes her bath in a solitary lake
The sun approaches. Stops his way to gaze at her.
But the world must keep its motion.
So the princess was converted to a rose, and the sun just kept on shining.
But what does nourish us all ?
